1. Our Products

We work hard to describe our coffee accurately flavour notes, roast level, aroma, and appearance.
However, since coffee is a natural agricultural product, small variations in:

  • Bean size
  • Aroma
  • Colour
  • Taste

are completely normal and expected from batch to batch.

We also roast fresh in small batches, so slight variations may occur depending on the roast date and storage conditions. All product photos are for illustration purposes.

2. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you agree to provide:

  • Correct contact details
  • Accurate delivery address
  • Valid payment information

This helps us ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Additional details:

  • Prices displayed on the website at the time of purchase are final.
  • Coupons, offers, or discounts if applicable, must be applied during checkout.
  • Order confirmation will be sent to your email after successful payment.

     

  • Orders cannot be modified once they are processed for roasting or packaging.

     

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of roasting or packing.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner.

You can expect:

  • Local/state deliveries: 2–4 business days
  • National deliveries: 4–7 business days
  • Remote locations: Slightly longer

If there is an unexpected delay due to logistics, holidays, or weather, we will keep you updated whenever possible but some courier delays are beyond our control.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Orders marked “delivered” by the courier will be considered completed.

4. Returns & Replacements

Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns for taste preferences, change of mind, or opened packages.

We can refund or replace your order only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The package is damaged on arrival
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing or quality issue

     

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order ID
  • Share clear photos of the package and issue

     

After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Orders can be cancelled only before roasting or packing begins.
Once the batch is processed, cancellations are not possible due to product freshness and customization.

If you need to cancel, email or call us immediately after placing the order.
