At Beans Pot Coffee, we believe that every great cup begins with freshness and care right from the moment your beans are roasted to the time they reach your doorstep. Our shipping and returns policy is designed to ensure you have a smooth, reliable, and satisfying experience every time you order from us.

Shipping Policy

Freshly Roasted. Carefully Packed. Quickly Shipped.

All our coffees are roasted fresh to order in small batches. Once roasted, every pack is sealed immediately to lock in aroma and flavor. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

We ship orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

We partner with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note, delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier issues.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: All orders above ₹499 qualify for free standard shipping across India.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 is charged on orders below ₹499.

We currently ship only within India. For bulk or corporate orders, please contact our team at support@beanspotcoffee.com for custom shipping arrangements.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS with live status updates. You can also track your order directly from the “Track Order” page on our website.

If your tracking link isn’t active within 24 hours, don’t worry it simply means your order is being prepared or awaiting pickup by the courier.

Packaging & Freshness Guarantee

Every Beans Pot Coffee order is nitrogen-flushed and airtight-sealed to preserve freshness and aroma during transit. We take pride in our eco-conscious packaging, designed to keep your coffee safe while minimizing environmental impact.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@beanspotcoffee.com.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Our Return Philosophy

We want you to love every sip of Beans Pot Coffee. Since coffee is a perishable product and freshness matters most, we do not accept returns once a product is opened or used. However, we do offer replacements or refunds in specific cases to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You can request a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong product or variant.
  • Your product arrived damaged, leaking, or expired.
  • There was an incomplete order or missing item.

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the issue. Our team will verify and process your request within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we’ll send a replacement pack or initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically reflect in 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used coffee packs
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional events
  • Gift cards or digital products

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Email us at support@beanspotcoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and images of the product/package.
  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the next steps.

If eligible, we’ll arrange a pickup or ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch (usually within 12 hours of placing the order). Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To cancel your order, please email support@beanspotcoffee.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Missing, Delayed, or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or seems lost in transit, please contact us at support@beanspotcoffee.com with your order ID. We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve it at the earliest.

In rare cases where a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll either resend your order at no cost or issue a full refund whichever you prefer.
