Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing and growing the digital presence of Beans Pot Coffee by creating engaging, consistent, and brand-aligned content across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories
- Write captions that align with brand tone and audience
- Stay updated with trends and create relevant content
- Manage comments, DMs, and audience engagement
- Coordinate with the design team or create basic creatives
- Track performance metrics like reach and engagement
Requirements
- 6 months – 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Understanding of Instagram and content trends
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
